The estimated delivery time in India is 5-7 Working Days, this time may differ depending upon your address and mode of delivey.

  • What are the shipping charges for deliveries in India?

We offer free shipping for deliveries within Maharashtra, with no additional charges to worry about. For deliveries outside of Maharashtra, shipping charges of Rs. 80/- apply for shipments below 1kg and Rs. 160/- apply for shipments above 1kg.

  • Deliveries within India

Shankari Paithani uses courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Shree Maruti, and others to deliver shipments to all pin codes. For pin codes that are not covered by these courier partners, we rely on Speed Post or India Post to ensure timely delivery..

  • International Deliveries

How to track your order?

  • 1. For COD Orders :

    You can track your COD order at just by entering your Mobil number. Currently, we are working with a local logistic partner and therefore we are not able to send tracking details via E-mail. Customers can always email us at or Call/Whatsapp us at 9511834862 for tracking details.

    2. For Prepaid order (Payment before delivery)

    At present, we are collaborating with a local logistics partner which makes it challenging to provide tracking details via email. However, customers can always reach out to us via email at or by calling/WhatsApp-ing us at 9511834862 to obtain their tracking number details.

    Note :

    1. COD orders may take up to 7 days for the delivery

    2. Prepaid order may take 2 to 5 days for delivery depending on your location

    4. We ship via a Local logistic partner, We don't have control over delivery time, however, we can always forward your complaint to the courier delivery company and make sure that your product is delivered to you as soon as possible.

    3. Please have some patience and track your order by yourself, if you don't receive it within the given time, you can always contact us for further assistance

  • What if the shipment is not delivered to the customer?

    If we discover that a shipment has been misrouted, lost, or returned to its origin without a delivery attempt, we will promptly inform the customer and report the situation. If the shipment is not delivered to the customer, they can contact us for further assistance. We offer our customers the option to request a reattempt or a refund based on their preference.

    Late Deliveries:

  • Please Keep a Sufficient Buffer to avoid delayed deliveries.

    We provide shipment services through a local logistics partner, and while we strive to deliver orders within a week, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors such as Covid-19, product stock, and delivery schedules. Please note that if an order does not arrive in time for a special event like a birthday, wedding anniversary, or a farewell party, it does not qualify for a return. However, if you require expedited delivery, you may request Air Delivery (subject to availability at your location) for an additional cost to receive your order as quickly as possible.
